Michael! I really liked your podcast, very informative and you have a nice way of talking that makes it a pleasure to litsen to, keep up the good work, I look forward to hearing more of them. I use alot of the methods that you describe, especially the music. One thing I have never done, because I have never been sure how to it is to determine my 1 rep max. Do I just load a bunch of weight up and try to see if I can lift it once, I always thought I would tire myself out trying to get to the right weight so I would never know what is the 1 rep max lol.
