Hey Mike great podcast! Well done.
I can't get the same level of intensity in a weight training session performed early AM as I can doing it later in the day. I find I have to have a few good meals under my belt. Early morning cardio is fine, but early morning lifting is not for me. If I wanted to train at 4am I'd have to get up at 2am and get a couple of meals in first!

Whatever works for you. I find the exact opposite to be true for me. If I workout in the morning I get great intensity, but later in the day I drag butt.
