Mission 2, Day 82 [Experiment Day 4]: Wow...no, really...wow

Day 4 of The Experiment is done and over with.  The results so far are amazing.  I'm down alot of weight and fat all in just 4 days.  Sunday's Stats should be awesome.  I'm looking forward to it.

All I can reveal at this point is that I've made a major adjustment to my protein and carb intake along with my fat intake.  You can see this if you look carefully at my Accountability Log and the macronutrient ratios I'm currently running.  I've borrowed ideas from several different places to come up with this approach and so far I'm happy with it.

My workout today was fun and a tough one.  I'm enjoying the mix of working with the trainer and doing the strength training.  It seems to be a good mix for my body.

I don't have alot to report on today.

I learned from the Master of Suspense, Adam Waters!  I will say that I've changed up how I measure my bodyfat % (will discuss in today's blog) and will unveil those numbers on Sunday.  I won't reveal anything about my nutritional situation until May 18, 2008.  If what I'm doing works, I plan to outline the entire plan in my eBook, with an outline given here on the blog.

Sounds like you are progressing well. I hope it is just water and fat weight, if you are loosing so much in only 4 days. I see that you are running very high on your protein. I'm intrigued as to what you are doing and am looking forward to your reveal. Good job on your workout.

those are some extreme ratios you have going on there. super low carbs with super high proteins. there are some trains of thought that say very low to no carbs is the way to go...you have to find what's right for you.
can't wait to see your results. can already see a diference in your face!

Suzette, yes, there are many different ideas, but when you think about it, one thing about weight training that everyone agrees about (and it can apply to nutrition--in fact I feel it DOES apply to nutrition) is that you have to change things up and shock your body into action.  That's exactly what I'm doing right now.  I am shocking my body into action.

Glad to hear your trainer is "working out." Pardon the lame pun. Building suspense on your top secret nutrition plan. You're looking great. All your shirts are way baggy around the middle. You're gonna have to shop for Adam-tight clothes at the end of this mission.

Adam, thanks for the comment.  Everyone is commenting on how my face seems thinner.  I don't see it, though I see it in other ways.  So far the experiment is a booming success and I think my stats on Sunday morning will show that to be the case.
