you are doing such an awsome job and you are looking great.
I have difficulties if people come and tell me (mostly to help me and for good reasons) how I should do my job and run my business.
You are very wise by consulting a doctor for the pain you have; you will see, by no time you will be back. And yes (!) doing YOUR thing is the best you can do, you are in your situation and in your skin, nobody else.

Good call regarding the calf. I learned my lesson too with my bad ankle - best to take time off than make it worse and be down for a loooong time. Biking is a good alternative like you said. Reply to this

Lilla, you are one of the reasons I decided to call the doctor in the first place. I kept running through the pain, it would get worse, then it would feel better by the next run, I'd run, it would get worse, repeat. I realized that it was more important to heal the muscle. Reply to this
