You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
I was actually able to run today per doctor's orders. I ran just one mile to test my leg. It held up great. I see the doctor tomorrow and I am interested in what she has to say about this.

first of all you look great and I am very happy that your leg is much better and you could already test it successfully.
I started a week ago to use exactly this question "Will this thing, this habit, this job...take me further or towards my goals?"
I disciplines my awareness and I focus more.

Another great post Mike! It is very easy to sometimes give in to temptation, something that I still do on occassion

I think you are right on targetwhen asking - will what I do today (right now) bring me closer or further away from my goal? It is the small everyday decisions and actions applied consistently over a long period of time that add up to transformation.
