My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
Today was a great workout. I felt so good about being home that I was able to hit the gym with a vengeance. I felt refreshed. I pushed myself a little harder today because of the reveal (like it would help any now).

Just recently, I have added the HIIT intervals to my training to burn the fat. I came across this fownloadable interval trainer workoutmuse.com It tracks the time and number of intervals with a creative techno beat. I rather like the discipline it provides. All I have to do is "crank it" and run my sprints.
