My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
Today was arms. Like yesterday, I did a biceps exercise and aimed for a weight I could lift for 50 reps, switched to a triceps exercise with a weight I could lift for 50 reps and continued this for 12 sets of each exercise. No rest between exercises or sets. I went to positive failure on all sets. As I left the gym I had a difficult time lifting my arms. What a wonderful feeling!
Exercise the brain with the Thought of the Day!
People are going to hear what they want no matter what you say, how much logic you use, how much sense you make or how much proof you have. State your case and move on regardless of their level of understanding. It is the only way to avoid insanity.
