My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
Today was a continuation of the week's lactic acid training but this time with legs. Again, 2 exercises, supersetted, no rest between exercises or sets and aim for 50 reps on the first set and positive failure on each set thereafter. It was incredible. What a pump.

bodypart splits are my favourite, although I'm enjoying my current upper/lower split from Carlos a lot.
