My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
I train in circles of 3 weeks of up-building intensity and one week of low intensity. Every 14 weeks I have almost one week free, which means no planned training or easy cross-training.

Hey Michael, Stopping by to say you are doing great. Pack on the muscle dude, you'll shred off the fat and reveal that new muscle. Reply to this

Hi Mike. I know what you are talking about when you say that some fat will inevitably creep in when bulking up. I was worried myself too. But when you read BFFM carefully, and read articles and advise given by Tom Venuto, we might just worry too much about it. If we don't try to rush it out, and only go for the minimum caloric surplus, and monitor our progress weekly, we can always counter the problem with some cardio here and there. It probably also depends a lot what you are eating. If you stick with a healthy diet, fat storage will be minimized. If you go back to large size Haagen Dasz Milk Shakes (high carbs + fat combo) it will definitely be something to worry about. I am just a user, no fat burning specialist, but that's what I gathered at the end and I don't stop worrying now. Also, if fat creeps in one week, it won't be so much that you can't counter act on it the following week...
