Today started out at 4:45 a.m. as I got up to prepare for the Shredder Council conference call. The call itself was alot of fun, getting to actually hear Adam: RTP Blog 2, Suzette: Quest for Success, Lynda: 130 On My Way, and Mike: Aussie Body Builder. After the call I hit the gym for a 60 minute steady state cardio session. It was a good session and I sweat profusely today. I enjoyed watching some television (gym provided) while doing my cardio. I spent the rest of the day watching some youth hockey games. It was amusing to watch because for most of these teams it is the first time they are playing together as a team. It will be neat to see the progress they make over the course of a season. I managed to do some reading today that I've been putting off. I have a file folder where I put things I must read. It was bulging and I managed to get through 3/4 of it today. I'm very happy about that. | ||

Hi Mike. In my spare time I ride my motorbike or mountain bike, try to spend time in the sun and nature. Some evenings I can't resist watching the Family Guy. Most of my spare time is used up for the workouts and reading/learning about it and nutrition on the internet though.

Michael, it was good to hear everyone on the call yesterday. would love to talk with everyone again soon.
as to the question of the day, when I do have spare time I love to just go for a walk up and down my long driveway. and it seems lately that I spend most of my free time reading blogs and reading other fitness stuff online.

I play the piano and listen to music. I also like just browsing around the shops, looking at techie stuff. Sometimes I buy (too often, I sometimes think)!

Hey Mike,
Nice work on the 60 minutes, it's tough keeping moticated that period especially in the gym, but the TV sure helps.
Glad to see your still going strong and managing to get some all important relaxation time.
