My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
As mentioned, today was just a cardio session. I managed to do my normal intervals. These are aimed at getting my fat burning zone to be at a higher heart rate level. So far it is a good workout.

I do one long run per week, one hill-session, one fartlek, two easy runs, one fun-run (cross-run for me) and once cycling. Beside this I do 3-6 times HIIT on a stationary-bike bike or running.
