My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
Today I did a slow and steady cardio session for 60 minutes. That was all that was called for.

What a surprise! I always read your blog daily, but had no idea it would be such a SPECIAL one. Loved seeing your kiddos, and may I say they are such special one.
