M4:D64 (D364) Listening



What's on my mind today?

Today I had originally scheduled a workout, but my body is still not fully recovered from the beating it took on Monday, so I am pushing the schedule off until Friday (tomorrow).  This is the beauty of the H.I.T. workout system—you listen to your body and you are not stuck doing a set schedule on your workouts.  You workout again when your body is recovered.

I am running back and forth from Orange County down to San Diego and back one more day.  Tomorrow I head to Simi Valley for a hockey tournament.  It is going to be a long weekend for us here at the Mahony family.  Matthew will play 4 games in 2 days and then we will return home.  I will be taking pictures and writing my posts as I have the past few days, but won't publish until Monday.

Thanks for all your support.  I am closing in on one year of continuous blogging and can't believe it got here so fast!
