M4:D66 (D366) One Year of Blogging!

What's on my mind today?

Today marks my One Year Anniversary of Blogging and I am completely amazed.  Have I transformed exactly how I wanted at the start?  No, I have not.  Have I made progress?  Yes, in a major way!

So much about me has changed in the past year.  From mental, physical and emotional issues—everything has gotten stronger and better.  Life in general has improved as a result of the actions I've personally taken over the past year.  If you are just watching from the wings, I strongly suggest you get into blogging on a daily basis for accountability purposes.  During this busy time period it would have been easy for me to fall off the wagon, but I know you are all out there looking for my posts and that keeps me motivated to write them.  Microsoft Live Writer allows me to write the posts off line so they can be published later.  It is a great tool!

I am currently working on a few new ideas that will change the face of the fitness industry for those people who have information overload.  The next 365 days will see this new idea come into reality.  I hope to help millions of people as a result.

I want to personally thank each and every one of you who comments on my blog regularly because without you, I would not be able to do the things that I do.  I want to especially thank the following people:

Adam Waters:  RTP Blog 2.0

Carlos DeJesus:  Total Fitness

Mike Groom:  Aussie Bodybuilder

These three have kept me on task throughout my journey without fail.  Adam was the reason I started blogging in the first place.  Carlos taught me the principles that have enabled me to gain muscle mass for the first time in my life and he will be coaching me to victory in a body building competition in 2009.  Mike has been a wonderful friend and accountability partner to me during the past year.  Thanks, guys!

Find out what I'm doing to my body!

One hour of steady state cardio was on the menu for today.  I did it in the hotel fitness center at 4 a.m. prior to lugging the hockey equipment to the rink for an 8:15 a.m. game.

Carlos, the first 365 days were just a warm up for what comes next.  You've taught me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.  The next 365 days are going to be full of amazing things.
