My Training Philosophy
You can never work hard enough because you can always go harder than you just did.
Please note that I've moved my workout days to Tuesday's and Friday's. Ever since the movement by one day of my workout last week, I didn't feel it was wise to come back on Monday with just 2 days rest, so I've extended it to Tuesday.
Find out what I'm doing to my body!
Today was a rest day and rest I did. I did have to move around a ton of hockey equipment in my garage, but that doesn't count.
Exercise the brain with the Thought of the Day!
Think big because you tend to get what you think you deserve.
Get a discussion started by answering the question!
In what way do you think big? Comment this post to answer the question.

HI Michael, Sorry I havn't commented for a while, but wanted to reply in response to your daily question about thinking big. I am learning to do this(think big). thinking big and then "believing" your thoughts is a key thing! I can think big but then have a struggle believing what I am thinking about. This is overcome with constant affirmations and remaining as positive as I can. How do you believe in your big thinking? Reply to this

Suzette, that's a good question---how do I believe in my big thinking? The answer isn't as simple, but let me try anyway.
I believe in my big thinking because I've seen what happens when you think something and then just set about doing it. For instance, I never thought I'd ever build any muscle on my frame. I tried so many different things. Then Carlos taught me simple principles and voila, the muscle is coming at a rapid pace.
You believe in your big thinking by just letting go and realizing that you can accomplish anything once you put your mind to it. It works. You get onto the Quad Blaster and hoist a big dumbbell up on your chest and start working. You get to about 8 repetitions and think there's no way you can do anymore, but you push yourself and manage to pull off 7 more repetitions. Why is that an important thing to note? Because you were ready to quit at 8 but managed to do 15, so when you wanted to quit you were only half way there. That's what most people do--they get only half way there and then they stop. They never know just how far they can go because they never really believe in themselves. Reply to this
