Mike, I'm not sure if it is because we started our blogs around the same time or if it is because we share the same first name or if it is our love of lifting as heavy as possible, but I feel like we've begun what will be a very long friendship. Celina, be sure to hold me accountable during M5. I am planning my most massive transformation yet. 11 weeks of shredding hard and lifting even harder which will result in some more amazing gains!

What is there to say except Wow? You have trashed most of the Sacred Cows of
the Internet Gurus! Those who were riding the fence on fat loss and muscle gain may want to pay attention. You have gained a tremendous amount of strength, added muscular inches to your frame, and lost body fat simultaneously and in a short amount of time, the very thing that Adam Waters is teaching. You are not making claims, you are showing (like Adam)visible and impressive results!
To some, reading this may come as a revelation, to others- we are glad that the truth is getting out.

Carlos, I strongly agree with your comments. I increased my weights a total of 1,115 lbs. during the course of the 12 weeks. It seems to prove that it is possible to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. Hold on to your hats because M5 is going to show my biggest transforamtion yet.

Congratulations Mike on hitting the end of your Mission and posting such impressive numbers. A 57% increase in weight lifted over 100 days is massive.
