What's on my mind today?

This tech issue is really no fun.  It is putting me behind and I don’t have enough time to catch up.  It is going to take a heavy effort to get things caught up in the long run. 

Time is a finite resource.  Unlike money, once you spend time it cannot be recovered later.  This is why you need to really take a close look at what you do with your time.  Spend it on the things that matter.  Never waste your time on things that do not benefit you.  It isn’t worth it in the long run.
 


 
Find out what I'm doing to my body!

Today was a 70 minute steady state cardio session.  I was dripping with sweat when I was done.  It felt great.  I was energized.
 
Exercise the brain with the Thought of the Day!

Never waste your time as it is too precious to do that with.
